These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carigo website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Shippers are responsible for providing accurate details about the cargo, including weight, dimensions, and nature of goods. Shippers must ensure that the cargo is packed securely and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Transporters (Drivers/Fleet Owners) must hold valid licenses, permits, and insurance required for operating commercial vehicles. Transporters are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and must comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Carigo facilitates payments between Shippers and Transporters. We may charge a service fee for the use of our platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made through the designated payment methods provided on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
